Being a walk in surgery it is easy to get an appointment when you need it. All the doctors and staff are very kind and caring.

The walk-in aspect of this surgery is incredibly important to myself and my family. We find the walk-in surgery to be very useful for when we cannot foresee a problem arising, and we find it very important for the older community in our area, who may not be able and/or willing to wait a week for a booked appointment, as is the case for many other surgeries. We very much hope that this GP practice stays a walk-in service. Any appointments that must be made, for example, with procedures done by a nurse or doctor, are easy to book on the telephone or in person.

I have recently moved to the area. This surgery is excellent - very attentive doctors, nurses, pharmacists and receptionists. Excellent appointment system (there are no appointments, you turn up and wait), which makes it very easy to align work and the need to see doctors.
